TPA SUWUNG RELIEF
Since October 12, 2023, a raging fire has been raging on the trash dump in Suwung (TPA), causing significant degradation of air quality in the southern region of Bali, leading to environmental harm, and most notably, severely impacting the lives of those residing and working at the TPA. These individuals primarily comprise impoverished families who make a living as scavengers, residing in makeshift huts surrounding the landfill. The majority of the residents in this area have migrated from Probolinggo, East Java, and Nusa Penida. The fire has not only left people homeless but has also taken away their means of earning a livelihood.
Bali NGO & Associates, initially established during the COVID-19 crisis to foster collaboration among various charitable organizations, has now come under the leadership of Yayasan Bali Bersih. Our organization extends an open invitation for collaborative efforts, with the aim of providing assistance tailored to the specific needs of those affected.

MISSION
Bali NGO & Associates work alongside registered NGOs and Aid Organisations in Bali to promote compliancy, sustainability and collaboration in order to foster and enhance active responses to crises in Bali and beyond.
Our goal is to create cohesion between organisations on the island, so that between us we can assist as many of those in need as possible.

Bali NGO & Associates, through our collaboration with registered NGOs and Aid Organisations, align our efforts with the principles of ESG. The aim is to foster compliance, sustainability, and collaboration among these organizations in Bali, not only to address immediate crises but also to create a lasting impact. By promoting cohesion and cooperation, we strive to maximize our collective ability to assist those in need, not only on the island but also beyond its borders. Through their active responses and dedication to ESG values and the Sustainable Development Goals, Bali NGO & Associates play a crucial role in promoting a more sustainable and socially responsible future.
